  • Do you accept financial aid?

    Yes! We know many students rely on financial aid, and we’re happy to work with your disbursement schedule. Through our Financial Aid Payment Deferment Program, you can defer your installment payments until your financial aid is released. Please be aware that funds are disbursed directly to you, and you simply pay your balance within three (3) business days of receiving your disbursement.

    To enroll, you’ll need to provide proof of your student status and complete a Financial Aid Payment Deferment Agreement and provide documentation showing you’re enrolled in a financial aid program at a university with an expected refund sufficient to cover your lease costs. There is a program fee as well. Contact us for more information, or to be sent your agreement today.

  • Do You Allow Pets?

    We do not allow pets. Add your service animal to your application and register it at cambridgehallatcollegestation.petscreening.com

  • How do I dispose of trash at Cambridge Hall?

    Residents simply collect their trash and bring it to the designated trash room on their floor for easy disposal. With a trash room conveniently located on every level, residents can quickly and easily dispose of waste at any time without having to leave the building.

  • Do you have a roommate matching system?

    Yes. If you do not have a roommate in mind, simply fill out the roommate matching profile on your application and our experts will find you the best match of a roommate available.

  • How do I pay?

    Payments are accepted in office with a check or money order. You can also make a payment on your Resident Portal with an e-check (free), or with a debit or credit card (for a fee).

  • How do I receive Mail and Packages?

    The postal service delivers mail to mailboxes and our staff enters packages into our Package Locker. The locker will notify the resident that they have a package. Both mail and packages are easily accessed 24/7 in our Clubhouse.

  • International Student Visas?

    We’re committed to making the leasing process as smooth as possible for our international residents. Our new International Student Visa Addendum is designed to provide peace of mind for students leasing with a visa, helping simplify the experience and remove unnecessary stress. Ask our team how this addendum can support your leasing process today!

  • Insurnace Coverage?

    Cambridge Hall requires tenant liability for every resident. All residents will be automatically enrolled in a policy from a third-party tenant liability coverage for a small fee. If you would prefer to provide your own policy, you can do so. The third-party policy does not cover personal items, however if you choose to get your own policy, you can ensure that your items will be protected. Please reach out to the office for the requirements of your policy if you are interested in providing your own.

  • Is this Community a Good Fit?

    Cambridge Hall is designed and marketed exclusively to students attending Texas A&M University and other local colleges. The per-person resident contracts are designed with students and their families in mind. Cadence is an Equal Opportunity housing provider and welcomes, among other residents, students with spouses, partners and/or children at no extra cost other than regular charges for each bedroom space occupied in a unit. In order to appropriately match roommates in shared units with other college students, roommate consent is required for any non- student resident.

  • What do I need to bring to my new apartment?

    While Cambridge Hall will provide a stellar lifestyle for you, there are a few items we recommend bringing:
    -Bedding for XL Twin Mattress
    -Toiletries and Shower Curtain
    -Snacks and Drinks to Fill Your Fridge
    -Decorations and Comfort Items

  • What furniture is provided?

    Our community is fully furnished, as any dorm would be! Your new home includes a couch, coffee table, end Table, TV stand, dining table and chairs in the common area. Each resident will have a XL twin mattress and bed frame, desk, chair, stackable drawers, mirrored closets in their bedroom.

  • What if I Need to Break My Enrollment?

    If you do not have that addendum and you cannot live at Cambridge after signing and enrolling and/or moving in, you will need to re-let. Please call the leasing office for information on re-letting

  • What is included in my installment?

    Our community offers an all-inclusive lifestyle. This include utilities – even WiFi, fully-furnished apartments, access to all newly renovated amenities, and and open invitation to our weekly resident events.

  • What does it mean to have an individual lease?

    Individual leasing means peace of mind for you. Your financial responsibility is your student’s space only – unlike many apartments or rental houses with joint leases. That means if a roommate transfers or moves out for any reason, you don’t have to worry about covering their portion.

  • Where Do I Do My Laundry at Cambridge Hall?

    Yes! Cambridge Hall features convenient community laundry rooms located on every floor of the building, so residents can easily do laundry without leaving the community. All machines operate using a virtual payment system through a mobile app, making laundry simple and completely coin-free.

  • What if I need maintenance in my bedroom or apartment?

    You can place a maintenance request in on your Resident Portal 24/7. If it is an emergency, please ensure you alert the office as well.

  • When is My Installment Due?

    You have three options of installment payments to pay the total cost of your lease – one installment, two installments, or ten installments. If you choose to pay the entire amount in a single installment, that single installment is due August 1. If you choose to pay in two semester installments, those installments are due August 1 and January 1. If you choose to pay in ten installments, the first installment is due on August 1 and the remaining nine installments are each due on the 1st of the next nine months.
    Please note that these are all installment payment options and not monthly rent.
